A strong conductive geophysical anomaly.

The project target is a strong conductive geophysical anomaly identified through gravity and combined source audio magnetotelluric / magnetotelluric (CSAMT/MT) surveys.

Gravity surveys indicated the target is within a closed basin — critical for ensuring lithium-rich brines remain within the basin without dilution from external water sources or further recharge. This was confirmed through identification of evaporites in drilled core.

Lithium-enriched lacustrine evaporite basin.

Jackpot Lake sits within a closed lacustrine evaporite basin in the Dry Lake Basin of southern Nevada. The stratigraphic stack identified in historical drilling consists of clays, sand-conglomerate aquifer horizons, and massive evaporite intervals.

The source rock for lithium enrichment is interpreted as the surrounding mountain volcanic units, known to contain clay-rich altered volcanic units with reported samples as high as 3,761 ppm Li.

Stratigraphy consistent across both holes.

Two holes (JP22-01 and JP22-02) advanced to ~1,800 ft, ~2.75 km apart. Stratigraphy is consistent and comprises lacustrine sediments (clays, silts) overlying a zone of sand and conglomerate.

Shallow soils (<500 ft) confirmed enrichment present below the water table — grades up to 820 ppm Li, averaging 334 ppm across 30 samples. Basal high-porosity coarse-grained sand and conglomerate present starting at ~1,630 ft in JP22-01 and ~1,530 ft in JP22-02 — a primary focus, as these units would hold the greatest volume of brine with the highest theoretical concentrations.

A maiden two-hole core drill program was completed across 2022-2023.

FY2026 program. Additional drilling is planned for fiscal 2026 pending permit conditions and financing. The Company has not made a determination of economic viability and does not currently hold a mineral resource estimate on the project.

Ownership

100% owned. Advancing in-house.

Usha holds 100% ownership of the Jackpot Lake project and is advancing it in-house. A prior arrangement with Stardust Power (a May 2024 LOI for the sale of up to 90% of the project) expired in June 2025 and was not renewed.
